Well, Madonna's "Hanky Panky" is the obvious one that comes to mind -- the "Bare Bottom 12-inch Mix" is a rather mindless, repetitive song about being tied up and spanked, which can be listened to while self-inflicting. One leans over a table and shakes one's *ss to the pulsing beat; every time she says "spanky," one gives oneself a smart whack on the buttocks with one's implement of choice.

Then there is "Naked But Safe," by I Am X. I have still not figured out whether it is about an actual dog, or about a fetishist who likes role playing a dog.

There are a lot of tracks by Lords of Acid that are b d s m related, my favorite is "You Belong to Me"

I don't know if it's meant to be about b d s m, but Bed of Nails by Alice Cooper has a b d s m vibe to it. It's easy to interpret the lyrics in a b d s m light, at least.
