In all aspects of life, I have a high standard of communication. Whether it is personal or professional, I expect extremely high communication that is clear and effective. I do not tolerate any emotional rhetoric, and I expect to be respected as a person above all else. This is regardless, what side of a power dynamic I am on. On either side of the power dynamic my goal is and has always been to make sure the other person is happy, satisfied, and I do want them to become a better person today than they were yesterday . I take each roll. Seriously, just as I take my daily life seriously. All this being said, as serious and strict as I am, I am very fun, loving and easy-going. If you maintain clear and effective communication, and maintain a good attitude (even in conflict), then we will get along well. If there are any questions, then feel free to ask.
